The intrinsic nature of an Icon is in its character, and its essence is in branding. The lofts integrate the different aspects; the elegance of art deco, the landscape of New York City, and Feng Shui's practices reinforce the branding, creating the distinction for itself. Architectural elements will infuse Art Deco into the spaces reviving the iconic era, while carefully planned spaces reflect balance and harmony.
Instagramable features maintain an interest in spaces making it photograph-worthy.

The integration of Functional, reliable, and versatile elements is key in designing the accessible unit, reinforcing the Feng Shui aspect, which differs from others.

ICONIC
The impact of the heritage building is the key to the Rental Unit's design, going beyond limits, staying at the top of innovation and creativity, where the Art Deco image supports the identity and takes center stage.

The floor is designed with a distinct stepping circulation corridor to reference the skyscraper boom in Manhattan during the inception of the building. The residence has been planned to provide entrance privacy for tenants and income property guests. The owner residence is designed to have an art studio office with a separate entrance for students to give the owner continual privacy and work-life separation.

Mezzanine levels were designed for private spaces such as the bedrooms and utilize as much verticle square footage to allow space to feel bigger and accommodate the client.
